Martin C - Voice Artist
Artist biography
Martin's fascination for music and production began aged seven when he became a chorister (and Head Chorister) at London's St. Paul's Cathedral. Later, he was a music scholar at school (Cranleigh) and university (Durham). His first job was at the BBC where he was a producer and presenter, first for BBC Radio Oxford and then at BBC Radio Two, producing daily programming and orchestral sessions with the BBC Radio Orchestra, before a promotion to Senior Producer at BBC Radio One, producing the station's output for six days a week.
Martin then set up a film company specialising in Musical Theatre. He produced documentaries for Sir Cameron Mackintosh on his productions of Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Five Guys Named Moe, Oliver and Moby Dick. His first film "Les Miserables -Stage by Stage" was nominated for the prestigious ACE awards in the USA and also for The Golden Rose Of Montreux.
Martin continues as a presenter, voice artist, writer and producer with over 400 commercials and brand names to his credit and continues as a film maker.
With this career history he has a vast experience of production and working with clients to an exceptionally high standard. He is totally reliable, solid, friendly and efficient.
Martin now has a full pro studio at home where he produces and voices many of his films as well as client films and is a frequent visitor to the sound booths of Soho and Shoreditch.
